AMAZON CHANNEL MANAGEMENT
The Amazon Agency That Tells You What Is Wrong With Your Amazon Channel, Then Runs It Better
A smarter approach to Amazon growth starts with knowing what is actually wrong. We look at your numbers before we quote anything, and if it is not something we can fix, we will tell you that instead. No long-term contracts.
We run the analysis before any conversation about working together.

What Holds Amazon Growth Back
- Revenue is flat or sliding and you cannot see why. The account is not obviously broken. It just is not doing what it used to, and nothing in your reporting explains it.
- Revenue holds and margin does not. Referral, FBA, ads, returns, storage, and the adjustments nobody reconciles. All growing faster than sales, and no report you get answers which products are still profitable.
- Your ads take a bigger bite of every sale than they used to. You are spending more each quarter for the same volume. That is a 2022 answer to a 2026 problem, and more spend makes a margin problem worse.
- Your best products stopped ranking and nobody can say when or why. Shoppers search your category and someone else comes up.
- Your listings and storefront do not sell as well as the product does. Confusing layout, images that do not answer the obvious question, a store that sends people in circles. Traffic arrives and leaves.
- There are four copies of your product sitting under you on price. No amount of ad spend fixes a commoditized listing, and most agencies will keep selling you spend rather than say so.
- Your account went down, or a listing did, and support sends form letters. Brand Registry protects you from amateurs, not from the real problem.
- You run Amazon and your own site and cannot tell what one is taking from the other. Almost nobody measures this, because most agencies only ever see one channel.
Sometimes it is one of these. Usually it is two or three of them compounding. The first thing we do is work out which.
From a $2M Plateau to $4.4M on Amazon
Real Amazon Growth Results
A pet health brand had been flat at roughly $2M on Amazon for two years. The account was not broken in any obvious way. What was wrong was the mix: spend concentrated on branded terms that would have converted anyway, and a catalog where the best margin products had the weakest listings. Reallocating spend and rebuilding those listings took the brand to $4.4M.
Two more, briefly. A gardening brand with a multi-thousand-ASIN catalog grew sales 170% in nine weeks: conversion rate and Buy Box share both doubled, and ad sales went from 10% to 30% of total at under 20% ACOS. A golf equipment brand grew 858% by fixing the conflict between its Amazon listings and its own website.

The Top 3 Questions Amazon Sellers Ask Us
Agencies are expensive and I lose control of my account.
Engagements start at $2,000 a month, and we publish that figure because almost nobody in this category does. No long-term contracts, on any engagement. A named person owns your account and answers for it, and you will know before you sign exactly what you are paying and what it covers.
Aren’t agencies built for brands spending more than I am?
Some are. The Free Marketing Review tells you whether we can actually help before anyone commits to anything. If your problem is not one we can fix, we will say so rather than sell you a retainer.
What if the answer is that the ads are not the problem?
Then that is what we tell you. If a product is being undercut, or the fees have moved, or the margin was never there, more advertising makes it worse. If we can name what is actually wrong, we take it on. If we cannot, we say so.

Why Brands Choose ScaledOn as Their Amazon Agency
Engagements start at $2,000 a month, and we publish it.
All 13 competitors in our April 2026 audit hide pricing entirely. Project work is scoped and priced separately.
No long-term contracts. On any engagement.
We name the problem before the proposal. You see the analysis first. If we cannot name what is wrong, we say so.
Internally we call this your Amazon Opportunity Review: we dig into your numbers, tell you what we found, and only then talk about whether we should work together.
Human-Led. AI-Accelerated. Always Accountable. A person owns your account and answers for it.
We see both channels. If you sell on Amazon and direct, we look at both in one view, so we can tell you when one is eating the other.

What Amazon Channel Management Covers
18 Years of Hitting Amazon Goals for Clients! π
Managing your brand can be overwhelming. Our full-service Amazon Channel Management is designed to ensure your success by taking the burden off your shoulders.
From channel strategy, brand positioning, inventory control, catalog management, troubleshooting, pricing & promotions, and Amazon PPC management to international expansion, we handle it all.
Partner with us to transform your Amazon channel into a powerhouse of growth and profitability.

Our Services Include:
Inventory and operations. Stock levels, pricing, promotions, FBA reimbursements, international expansion. Running out of stock or over-ordering slow inventory costs more than an inefficient ad campaign ever will, so this is where we usually start.
Advertising. Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display. We are not aiming for the lowest possible ACOS, because a low ACOS often just means you stopped bidding on the terms that matter. We aim for spend that returns a profit, and the cheapest clicks are usually the worst ones.
Amazon DSP. Amazon’s purchase data lets you reach your buyers off Amazon, across the rest of the web. The targeting comes from what people actually bought, not from modelled audiences.
Listings and search visibility. Titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ content. Where you show up when a shopper searches your category, and increasingly whether AI shopping tools surface you at all.
Design and creative. Main images, gallery, A+ modules, storefront. Tested against each other rather than guessed at.
Account health. Suspensions, listing reinstatement, Brand Registry, policy problems. The work nobody thinks about until the account goes down.
Amazon Agency FAQs
How long before we see a difference?
The analysis takes about a week. Changes to listings and campaigns start showing in the data inside 30 days, and a meaningful move in profit usually takes one to two quarters, because inventory cycles and ranking both take time. Anyone promising faster than that is guessing.
Do you work with brands that sell on Amazon and on their own website? Yes, and we look at both together. If Amazon is taking sales from your direct channel at a worse margin, you will only see it if someone is watching both.
What happens to my account if we stop working together? It stays yours, in your Seller Central, with everything we built in it. No long-term contracts, and nothing is held in an account we control.
Can you help if a listing or my account is suspended? Yes. That is account reinstatement work and it is one of the more common reasons brands call us for the first time.
Is there a minimum ad spend? No. Engagements start at $2,000 a month for management, and your ad budget is separate and entirely yours. We will tell you honestly if your spend is too small for us to add much value yet.

Find Out What Is Holding Your Amazon Channel Back
We look at your numbers first. No account access needed, and no commitment.
Most brand owners we talk to can tell that something on Amazon is off. Very few can say exactly what, because the numbers that would answer it sit in four different places and none of the reports they get put them together. That is a reasonable thing not to know. It is also the first thing we work out.
