- Overview
The ScaledOn Referral Program rewards individuals and businesses who refer new clients to ScaledOn. By participating in this program, referrers agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between the participant and ScaledOn.
- Eligibility
- The program is open to both ScaledOn clients and non-clients.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Employees of ScaledOn and their immediate family members are not eligible.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with any applicable laws, including but not limited to industry-specific referral restrictions.
- Referral Process
- A valid referral occurs when a referred business signs up for ScaledOn services through the referral process.
- The referred business must be a new client, not an existing or past ScaledOn customer.
- Referrals must be submitted via the official referral form on the ScaledOn website.
- Successful Referral Criteria
A successful referral is defined as a referred business that:- Signs up for a recurring service with ScaledOn.
- Completes their 90-day onboarding period without cancellation.
- Rewards will only be issued after these criteria are met.
- Rewards Structure
- Participants will receive an invoice credit or cash reward for each successful referral.
- The reward amount varies based on the service package selected by the referred business.
- Invoice credits are applied to the next billing cycle for existing ScaledOn clients.
- Non-clients will receive a cash payout equivalent to the invoice credit amount.
- ScaledOn reserves the right to limit the number of rewards a participant can earn in a given calendar year.
- End-of-Year Bonus for Clients
- Clients who refer multiple businesses within a calendar year are eligible for additional rewards.
- The bonus amount is determined by the number of referrals and the service package level of referred clients.
- Bonuses are applied to the January invoice of the following year.
- Non-clients are not eligible for the end-of-year bonus.
- Payout and Credit Process
- Rewards are processed within 30 days of the referred business completing their 90-day onboarding period and remaining an active ScaledOn client.
- Clients opting for invoice credits will see them reflected in their next billing cycle.
- Non-clients opting for cash payments will receive their reward via check or direct deposit.
- Any disputes regarding payments must be raised within 60 days of the reward issuance.
- Program Limitations
- Self-referrals are not permitted.
- The referred business must remain a ScaledOn client for at least 90 days to qualify.
- Referrals must be made in good faith; fraudulent or misleading referrals will be disqualified.
- Fraud includes, but is not limited to, self-referrals, referrals of shell companies, or misrepresentation of client relationships.
- ScaledOn reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
- ScaledOn reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
- Privacy and Confidentiality
- Personal information collected as part of the referral process will only be used for program administration.
- ScaledOn will not share personal data with third parties without consent.
- Amendments and Termination
- ScaledOn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Material changes to the program, including significant modifications to rewards, will be communicated to participants at least 30 days in advance.
- Continued participation in the program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
- Any disputes arising under this program shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
